Intergraph Appoints New Leader for Canadian Business Unit

Mississauga, ON, April 20 – Intergraph is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacques Tremblay to vice president and general manager of its Canadian business unit for the Security, Government & Infrastructure (SG&I) division. Tremblay assumes all duties on April 20.

Tremblay has 15 years of experience with Intergraph SG&I in the Canadian professional services group, serving as the principal of that organization for the past five years. He completed his undergraduate degree in geomatics engineering at Université Laval and is a graduate of the executive management program at Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Prior to joining Intergraph, Tremblay worked at DMR Consulting Group—now Fujitsu Consulting—for eight years.

“Jacques has a solid track record in Canada, and has been instrumental in hiring, training, and deploying exceptional teams focused and committed to their customers,” said Intergraph senior vice president Bill Campbell. “I look forward to his leading the Canadian business unit.”

“Intergraph is recognized in Canada as a technology leader in the public safety, utilities, communications, government, transportation, and geospatial industries. I couldn’t be more honoured to have been chosen to lead the organization and the talented people who work here,” Tremblay said.

Tremblay assumes the leader position of the organization from Robert Patten, who is retiring from Intergraph after 27 years of service.

“Rob has done an outstanding job for the business, staff, and customers. Through his leadership, the Canadian team has routinely exceeded its objectives. I wish Rob well as he enjoys his retirement,” said Campbell.
